A bit about me.

I'm an Executive Coach, Mentor, and People & Talent Advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations grow through periods of complexity and transformation.

Throughout my career, I've built and led People and Talent functions for startups and global organizations, including Refinery29, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Medium, and Sanity. As a People executive and trusted business partner, I've worked alongside founders, executive teams, managers, and employees to scale organizations, develop leaders, navigate change, and build healthy, high-performing teams.

Perhaps more importantly, I’ve also been that new leader, excited to move up the ladder, but slightly desperate for somebody (anybody!) to help me figure it all out. It was in those moments that I knew two things: how critical it is to get new leaders the support they need, and how deeply called I felt to become that support system in the future.

Today, I bring that experience to my coaching and advisory practice. I partner with founders, executives, emerging leaders, and People professionals who are looking to grow their impact, navigate challenges with confidence, and lead more intentionally.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: great leadership is about developing the self-awareness, clarity, and confidence to make thoughtful decisions, build meaningful relationships, and create environments where people can do their best work.
